As an Instructor for Bristol Nordic Walking I run weekly Nordic Walks in Oldbury Court, East Bristol every Tuesday & Friday at 9.30am. The walks are a great way to work the full body engaging all your muscles with the aid of specially designed walking poles. Once you have the technique, they'll be no stopping you enjoying a range of walks with varied distances, speeds and all kinds of exercises thrown into the mix.
I also provide Body Massage at my home in Fishponds, Bristol. Escape the family chaos and come to mine for a total relaxation sessions.
I can help if you need advice on nutrition and diet to supplement your fitness programme with me.

I also run "Age Well Fitness", Chair Aerobics classes in various locations across the city for the older adult, including classes for the charity Linkage
It's a great way for older adults to keep fit and active & we have a lot of fun singing along to the golden oldies, before finishing with tea & biscuits afterwards (their idea....not mine!)
